Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is an Indian general insurance company and a joint venture between the Tata Group and American International Group. Tata Group holds a 74 percent stake in the insurance venture with AIG holding the balance of 26 percent.

My Module: TataAIG motor insurance, or vehicle insurance, is an insurance policy that offers coverage to the vehicle’s owner and/or driver against financial losses in case of losses due to theft, accidents or natural calamities.
In return for the regular payment of premiums, your insurance provider promises to share the cost of repairing damages.
I worked in the motor renewal module as a Module Lead:-
- ● Managed the serverless microservices-based architecture using AWS services and Node.js in the back-end.
- ● Maintained the project for scalability.
- ● Improved code quality through proper use of Lambda and Glue scripts.
- ● Optimized APIs by refactoring the code and using DB indexing and projections, so that the RV portal can now easily handle 1 lakh policy records on a daily basis.
Technologies Used: AWS (Microservice Concept), Oracle and MongoDB as Databases and Node.js in Back-End programming language.
