My Role: Senior Backend Developer at Dubai Health Authority, building and maintaining service integrations for the Dubai Now super-app — enabling residents to access health and government services seamlessly through a unified platform.
Key Contributions:-
- ● Developed and maintained backend service integrations using Java and Spring framework to connect Dubai Health Authority services with the Dubai Now platform.
- ● Built and customised dynamic email and document templates using FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) for automated government communications.
- ● Worked with IBM Rhapsody for healthcare data exchange and integration workflows between multiple government entities.
- ● Developed RESTful APIs using Node.js for lightweight microservices handling real-time service requests from the Dubai Now app.
- ● Collaborated with cross-functional teams including Dubai government stakeholders to ensure compliant and reliable service delivery.
- ● Contributed to maintaining and improving integration reliability between Dubai Health Authority systems and the broader UAE smart government ecosystem.
